I have not been able to find the grey and black plastic interior trim piece with carpet that surrounds the hood release lever. So I am going to give networking a try.
I am willing to pay $40 for the part and $40 to the person who finds it. If you are one in the same then you get them both.
The part is the piece on the top right of this picture.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but here goes anyways:

Select your NSX, then choose Pillar Garnish for the system component. Then part number 5 listed as being the cover and it is $29.05 on that site.

Not sure if that helps but it's worth a shot.
