EPS Power Unit wanted

I need a "power unit, comp" for a power-steering equipped car. The part number is 53190-SLO-A01 and the part is located UNDERNEATH the sub/amp in the passenger footwell. It looks more like an amplifier than the sub/amp does. If you have one, please reply via e-mail. If you don't, just a short message stating that you don't have one would be appreciated also.
