Part number for side mirrors

This certainly is one of the more complex part diagrams for what corresponds to what and challenging boxes looping around constellations of parts.
Would amayama (RHD parts) help?

3 seems to be a small connector, apparently discontinued.
The mirror (8) is: 76253-SL0-J01
From the amayama diag, the R & L are the same part #? so are they the same part on USA OEM, but maybe someone else can verify that?

I ripped a LHD parts manual some 20 years ago and converted it to plain html. It has BIG diagrams to make things easier.
The RHD mirrors should fit but the curvature will be improper. Driver side is flat and pasenger is concave.
