Parking lights...

I am trying to replace the front/left parking light thats just below the headlight. I removed a couple of screws from the bumper/air duct area, but... nothing. Am I supposed to pull the entire bumper down? Any help is welcomed.

I originally went through the FAQ section that has Resources, Maintenance, Tire & Wheel, Misc, and etc.! It was not as detailed and informative as the link that you guys have sent me. I am still pretty new to this forum as well as a fairly new owner of a used 94'. I tried to figure it out on my own without bothering anyone here for something as minor as a parking light, but laying on my back for 10 minutes outside with nothing accomplished caused me to cave in. Thanks for all of the links and help!
