I have a PL-7 Bendpak parking lift that is perfect for storing the NSX. It allowed me to house 4 cars in my 3-car garage once the daughter started driving. Well now the NSX is sold and I strongly suspect the daughter will be moved out before I buy another one.
So - I'm posting a for sale ad in this region only. The PL-7 weighs a ton and is built with much steel. Due to the higher prices of hot rolled steel (I think it has gone up over 80% in the last 6 months) prices for these lifts are high. Looking on the web, I see the PL-7 priced around $5,000. So, if someone nearby is interested, I'll let mine go for $3,000 cash but you have to remove and install. I can provide the contact information of the professional company that installed it in my home about 2-3 years ago.
Definitely a cheap way to add another car in the garage (compared to building or moving). If interested - just PM me and I'll provide photos and more details.
