I painted my calipers with the wheels off and spent alot of time taping all the nooks and crannies before I sprayed 7 coats of VHT caliper paint. The finish looks great but if you ever plan to take your car out on the race track, I would recommend powdercoating because the paint gets so hot on the caliper that it turns a little black. Overall, if you drive only on the streets, this is the cheapest way to paint your calipers. Costs only $5 per can and I used about 1 1/2 cans to do all 4 calipers. Goodluck.
