Painted R wing (sides only)

Has anyone painted the sides of their type R wing and left the center section CF? Does anyone have a picture? My searches have yeilded no results.

The sides of the R wing are difficult to wrap in carbon fiber, I's impact took the easy way out, and produced a wing with a wrapped carbon center, and FRP sides intended for paint:

I considered going this route as well, until I saw pictures... full carbon, or painted black, imo.

I think it looks nice, but full carbon still looks the best.

I had thought about painting my CF Type R wing until I finally had it on my car.
Especially if you have a NSX with the black top, the NSX R wing looks just perfect it the black color. No need to paint any part of it IMO.
