Pages loading slow

Anyone else having an issue with pages loading slow? Top portions seem to come up quick, but the bottom of pages seem to take a while. I don't seem to be having the same issue with other forums/sites.

Yep, probably the user, or slow local cconnection. I only had one connection problem with Prime in the past, that was six months ago.
