I'm in

I'm in to go. This would be a fun way to celebrate my 4th wedding anniversary which is at the end of April.

I live about 1 minute from there. We could have a beer and a barbecue at my place either before or after.

Hot Diggity-Dog! I'll be in-town that day too! Count me in!! Chopps - you want donations $$ or for us to bring stuff? Still too early? Let's do this. I've never been a participant in a car show (not counting Autozotica which has died I think).

No need to bring anything but an appetite. And a thirst of course.

Let's start making a list of attendees ao I'll know how much beer to save for you guys.

Count me in!

We should organize a caravan and arrive together if we want to be parked as a group.

Registration due soon

I'm still in. This will be lots of fun.
The registration is due soon. I won't be at the club meeting this month, but please discuss it there if you can.

Vytas, I can help organize this with you if you like. We can fill out the registration form(s) and collect from the club members for registration. I think you might have emails from the mailing list to get the word out. We need to do this soon to get the lower price on the registration (due 4/15/4). You can email/call me to discuss.

We need to let the organizers know in advance that we want to park as a group so they can get us in the gate and get us parked early.

So the plan now is NOT to meet at Ken's place prior to the show. We'll just meet up near the entrance and enter in as a group.

Registration needs to be postmarked by 4/15 if you want the lower reg price.

Received a call back from these people "If you cannot stay for the whole duration, you may leave anytime, but would like for you to stay till 4:00 p.m."

Remoe, et al.

We can rendezvous in Alameda @ 8:00 a.m. if we plan to take the Highway 92 route. It may be nicer if we take the Highway 1 route; if so, we should meet in Emeryville... maybe the IKEA parking lot?

Steve

Great. I have to go to work on Sunday. Just great.

You guys have a good time though. And remember, get there early. Traffic is going to be nasty!

Who is going?

Do we have a headcount for this event and meeting time and location at Half Moon Bay so we can drive in and park together?

If anyone in the Livermore, Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, etc area would like to meet up before driving down, PM me and we can meet up at the Macaroni Grill at Hacienda Crossings in Dublin before heading down.

So far I see Vytas, I Grok, juejaimon, ac011, spartan2-3 and me. That makes six cars so far. Anyone else? Be sure to get your registration in if you haven't done so already.

Another thought - did we decide what to do about food/drinks?

Steve you and I can meet up in Alameda and meet the rest of the guys in Halfmoonbay.

Will the Eastbay guys take 92? If so we can all meet at 92 and Hi-way 1. There is a shopping center/ gas station on that corner (5 miles South of the Airport) maybe between 8:30-9:00 am

We have 6 confirmed registration?

If anyone has any suggestions pls post.

Romeo

If you haven't registered your vehicle yet, don't worry. They advised that poeple should not send in their registration after the 16th, but to bring it with them to the event to be collected instead.

I opt for the highway 92 route since we are all closer to it.

Hiway 92

I plan to take the route through HWY 92. If any of the other guys in the Tri valley meet me at the Macaroni in Dublin, I'll take them that way.

The show starts at 10am, so lets meet at that gas station at 92 and 1 at 8:30am. This will give us some time to gather ourselves and drive in.

Steve, I'll PM you my cell number so we can keep in contact that morning if needed.

Ok guys, sounds like a plan.

8:30 AM @ the corner of Highway 1 and 92 (Gas Station).

Steve, we can caravan and meet @ Alameda, let me know an easy access ON/OFF 880 say about 7:45

Anyplans for lunch or should we just eat out at the concession stand

Romeo

Sounds good mickeylex.. I just PM'ed you my cell as well.

Any other NSX that would like to join us in Alameda to caravan to the Highway 1/ Highway 92 meeting location... please PM me. I'm thinking of the Shell Gas station right off the High Street exit from Highway 880. The Shell Gas station is West of Highway 880.

Steve

Tri valley caravan

If anyone wants to caravan from the tri valley to the HWY 1 and HWY 92 meeting spot, please PM me and we can meet at the Macaroni Grill in Dublin (at Hacienda Crossings off of 580) at around 7-7:15am. If I don't get any PMs, I'll go there at 7:15am to check if anyone stops by. If not, I'll head straight to the HWY 92 meeting spot. I look forward to seeing you guys there.
