I cant see the clip but I think I know which one it is. Is it where the big guy was beating up the girl and the little guy gets involved? The big guy walks over and the gets dropped with one blow???

If so then the hit was called a backfist. Its used to hit an opponent in the temple with only one knuckle and in a closed fist. Very effective and also very dangerous.
