Well, I had the pleasure of installing a set of Type R wrinkle red valve covers for Owen of the weekend. Talk about a hospitable and generally nice guy... but those who've met our Secretary of the NSXCC, you'd already know this!

I did the install (amongst other things) in his underground parking which was actually quite nice to work in given it was -20 degrees on Sunday!

Here are some pics!

Bottom view of the rear cover ready for install, gaskets transferred from his old covers. Still quite fresh!

Hey G, thanks for fitting my job in this week. I know with kids and family, spending 3-4 hours away from them isn't exactly your ideal Sunday afternoon. Please give my thanks to them.

It was an interesting weekend as Karen kept asking why you were coming over and what exactly I commited myself to. But after she saw your work, she was quite impressed by it. Everything about the job is perfection as Rick and Peter would agree. It was tough to even put the car cover back on as the engine bay now shines so brillantly. Thanks for an awesome job well done.

To everyone who are still on the fence, don't wait any longer and get the mod done. You won't regret it.

Owen

Wow, that really makes the engine bay standout and gives it a whole other character. Congrats!!!

Sweet. People blow tonnes of cash on gaudy body kits and lame rims.
This is a perfect example of a mod in keeping with the spirit of the design.

Saw these in person and compared to my OEM 3.2L covers. I would have to say the closest I've seen to the Honda krinkle looks great keep up the good work Garrick! If I need some re-done I know who to talk to
