Hi everyone.
I decided to switch to P03s to help with wet traction. It seemed to be a nice compromise between the OEM precision, vs. the safety of having some grip when the road is a bit moist (i.e. every night in Florida).
(It was cheaper than I thought: $152 for fronts, $192 for rear, vs. $195 and $224 for Yokahama 0222s). From my experience with the P03s on my other car (Audi TT) the P03s wear quite well for a performance tire.
So my question is: Would it be worth it to change the alignment to old-specs? (My NSX is 2001). Would this give me back some of the precision steering and handling that I have lost by switching off OEM?
I checked the FAQ, and did not seem to find a straight answer, although some members hinted that aftermarket tires + old alignment specs is better.
Thanks much in advance.
