was there a leather interior option how much was the difference in price ...i imagine a/c wasn;t ....or did all cars come with the standard package offered for that year .the only thing i noticed was the leather some have it some don;t

I think you'll find all of the cars have a leather interior.

newer models seem to have a perforated leather that doesn;t wear the same way as older models and the door panels the same ...what year did they start that model of seats

New seats (perforated leather) started for the 2000 model year. There's a good page somewhere (I think either on the wiki or maybe something like cars.com) explaining many of the model changes by year, but I can't find the link right now.

you mean this link?

all NSX had A/C all NSX's had Leather, that was standard there were no Options for a base model or a high end model, the NSX was at the top of the food chain for Acura. had all options, some other countries had rear fog lamps per that country's DMV rules, and I think heated seats were an option from certain dealer in certain countries.and front fog lights were required for certain countries to

heres the link for the changes

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_NSX

perferated seats centers, door panels perferated, and the steering wheel sides were preferated

for manual trannys was 3.0L 5speed then changed to the 3.2L 6speed and added the removable top, the automatics never changed from year to year, 3.0L from 1991-2005 and thats it.

thanks....i;m looking at a 99 and it has these perforated seats... so there not original... i found a company... seats .com i believe... that recovers the seats in this manner but i wondering why a 99 with 25,000 miles would have had to have the seats done ...would the leather seats that came with that car wear out that quickly... was it a problem with nsx

Is the 99 a coupe?

all the cars had leather, and it's really fine stuff.here's a link about it from a knowledgeable primer

as he says,it needs a fair amount of care, but it would be unusual for it to wear out that fast, imo

options on my 97 , my orig.bill of sale shows cd changer,lo jack ,k40 radar (front&rear) ,floor &trunk mats for an additional $4000.00 , 92k total price ,out the door with taxes 99k , i dont know if this was the going price for a 97 but in Greenwich Conn. it is

$90...$ 95.. ... thirteen years later still worth 35-45 and probably won;t go down much from here ...or maybe even higher ...not bad...thanks for the answer to my question

Nah, these were the ones I was looking for - a few on Prime, a few on other sites:

From the Wiki: http://www.nsxprime.com/wiki/Changes_by_Year
A few add-ons/clarifications/extras to that one: http://www.nsxprime.com/forums/showthread.php?t=88529
In a bit more narrative fashion: http://consumerguideauto.howstuffworks.com/1991-to-2005-acura-nsx-7.htm
This one may have the same write-up as the last one, but I'm too tired to check lol: http://www.acura-nsx.com/acura-nsx.htm

Hope this helps - certainly helped me when deciding which year/model I wanted to buy!
