Well... I think I'm going to sell my 91 NSX... but I'm not sure how to proceed. Since I won't be letting just anyone take it for a drive... like sell a family car, and since the market is kind of small... I could use some ideas? It's a perfect 91 stock black on black with all the service records. I was thinking consignment... or just going to a large Acura dealer and seeing if they have any interest. I hate the idea of putting it on Ebay... but will if I have to.

Have you thought about putting it for sale here on Prime. If it's in good condition and you price it fair, it will probably sell within a week.

agree. ebay could have scammers etc. fake checks etc. sell on prime cuz you know your car is going to go to someone that loves the car for the car.

been saving all their life to buy one you know the deal. But READ the for sale rules or it will get deleted.

A dealership will rob you tell you they can sell it for 30 and they pocket 30 selling it at 60 LOL they rob and steal trust us.

sell on prime 95% honest guys not to many flakes and only a handful of indian givers say yes to one thing the change their mind and then you have others that post negative about you when they don't get their way. and last but not least the know-it alls LOL those you cant even talk to cuz like the sign above their heads says " Know it all "

but seriously sell it on prime you have been a member since 2000 so you don't have to use the enthusify system or what ever they use now for new members.
good luck how many miles does it have?

1 more word of advice don't sell it the value is only going up every year if you sell it in a few years you could double what you can sell it for now. so you cant say your were never told " don't sell it "

goodluck in your choice

Like Shawn said DON"T SELL it. You will be kicking yourself in the @$$ soon after it's sold. But, if you do decide to sell, Prime is the place to post it.

+1 on trying to sell it here on Prime. Like Shawn said a dealership with really lowball you but I'd be curious as to what they say it's worth. I would also considering keeping it but that's ultimately up to you. Good luck.

Most of the guys on here are not only NSX enthusiasts but are also decent folks. I'd rather another prime member buy mine than anyone else that's for sure (I don't plan on it though:biggrin:).

+1 on selling it on Prime (if you choose to sell).

Bought mine from an ad on Prime and I will sell it here if the Internet still exists when I, or my estate, finally decide to sell.

Be sure to post lots of pics. Don't forget the engine bay and get a shot of that nice stack of service records.
