I would check with the manufacture of the paint that you used as your base coat. They may give you some type of max temp that the paint can withstand. At that point you can check with the OEM paint from Acura. If its within reasonable tempature of what you used as a base, you may be OK. One thing you need to remember, dependent on how you drive your car your gonna get fading of the caliper's at some point. I can't recall ever seeing a sports car that did not have dis-colored brakes at some point and with yellow you will really tell if the paint used doesn't have the proper tolerences for the high heat that is generated. Use to race FormulaFords and we painted ours for some car shows in the off-season, they were baked after to races even after Dupont said it would work, so be careful. The OEM that Porsche offers seem to hold up well in black and even the Brembo Big Reds. You just have to make the choice on how often you want to paint them. Oh, by the way, you offered to look at a car for me in Ft. Lauderdale.(Red/Blk w 20k on it) Thanks a bunch for the offer, I ending up buying from a guy in Washington State and the guy by you still has it for sale. Good luck.
