It has 40K miles and he asks ~$35K, it has Mugen ECU as I can see and the possibility of installing automatic clutch (?!). Its from the 1st owner and the car is like new (this is all what is written I havent seen the car).

The car is situated in Italy (~500 miles from me) and now after many years I finally have opportunity to buy an NSX.

What do you think is it a good deal?

I wonder how much it would cost you to import one from the US.
25,000 Euro is about $38,782.00 by yesterday's rate.

That would open up your search considerably. I know it's more work, but you'd get a jem of an NSX for that.

This is not automatic, its just a possibility (I am now not sure if he meant autoomatic transmission or automatic clutch whatever that meant).

I considered purchase in USA but things just get too complicated :/

Find that thread about manual vs automatic and you'll see that a lot of guys wouldn't mind having an automatic. I wouldn't mind having an automatic after driving stop and go on the 101 or up the hills in San Francisco in traffic.

Contraire mon frère. That's a personal preference. I wouldn't mind having an automatic at times (especially in rush hour traffic).
