OOPS - Need Help

I removed my center console and attachments to clean out some after-market stuff from my '92. A wire from my alarm (Viper) light arced to the center console, and since then the alarm and more importantly the Power Windows don't work. The relay and fuses are working fine. Any suggestions?

Did you check fuse # 5 in the dash fuse box?

I called the last owner and determined that the power windows were wired through the alarm, and that there was a fuse directly off the battery terminal. Sure enough, it was blown. Problem solved. Thank god I didn't spend major cash to find that out.

And we will ALWAYS disconnect the battery FIRST from now on RIGHT.

That is one way car fires start.
