Hi

I have not driven the NSX much this year. I smashed my head driving a snowmobile back in april and have been "out" since.

A couple of weeks ago I was allowed to drive again and all this time it has been quite motivating having this Supercar in the garage waiting for it's master.

Well the only nice thing about not being able to drive the NSX much is that I have not used alot of tires

Well I filled up the NSX with gas. Washed it and was on my way to Harstad to meet up with Jon-Are (Midnight sun express).

I did not dry of my car that much and I was just about to start the manual dry off program which includes some throttling on the highway when the police stopped me. One of the police smiled as I drove carefully off the road not to hurt my baby. I had to blow in their alcometer which was quite funny as I have not had a beer since april  .They did not say anything about my HID foglights or anything.

Well then I was off. Nice weather. I took some pictures with my cellphone so here goes:

A picture taken through the rear view mirror. Shows the nice Leatherseats that I have and that super nice OEM spoiler on the back.

Some more photo of that nice a$$ and some of the local's

Picture from Jon-Are's backyard. Two NSX's which are both imported from Switzerland. One Del Sol which is his son which is from Germany. One "new" Accord Tourer just imported from Germany and the CR-V which will be sold soon.

Quite some Honda Power there. I made it home without loosing my license. Actually I hit the rev limiter for the first time ever going home. I was just a second to late to change gears. Nice trip. I plan to go for a drive tomorrow too. But soon it will be winter here. That's sad.

Regards

Martin,

Sorry to hear your misfortune with the snowmobile.

Why did you have to do the alcometer-test? :) Did they think you were drunk?

I hope this winter starts past january here. We've some very nice autumn weather here. When does the winter start up north?

I didn't know that the black one was originally a Swiss car. Will be noticed in my database of Swiss NSX's, thanks.

It is nice having Martin back on track again. We've had a few great trips over the last four years.

Gold: Mine was bought from Garage Hilber in Märwil late 2002. It was sold as new in CH 1991.

Hi

It is still a ongoing battle with a body that is far from 100%. I have not been able to find a switch body&head as this one is somewhat (mis)used

Actually if I talk some I sound a little drunk as the head is not where it should be and the balance is not good at all. The alcotest was just a routine test. They stopped many people.

Winter can be here any minute. Snow have already come on the mountains around here so it is not far from falling on the streets.

That's how I got to know Jon-Are when I saw his NSX "fresh" from Switzerland on the local trainstation here. I was shocked and afraid that I was not going to be the first one with a NSX in Narvik. I was glad to find out that it was bound for Harstad. Not that much later I went to Switzerland myself and picked up my silver princess

Regards
