One blinker faster than the other?

Was looking for a daily driver the other day, noticed the left blinker flashed like "rice style" really fast like double compared to the right.

I didnt chk outside like I should of if they both worked, but remember I had this before (car is an accord) where the light just went out and it powered too much on the compensation therefore making it blink faster?

Or could it be worse like in a harness or something..

Usually means you have a signal lamp out.
