FYI
About 2 months ago I "fixed" an oil drip that was coming from the oil pressure sender. I removed the sender and JB welded around the seam where the plastic meets the metal. The fix worked great for about a month, but eventually started seeping again. Purchased a new one from Niello for @ $160 and all is well again. Also, the guage moves much quicker and is more accurate now.
If you have the same leak, the fix is pretty easy. All you need is a 10mm socket with an extension and a 22mm crescent or adjustable that is large enough. First time removal, installation should take 45min-2hrs depending on your skill level. Anyone need the basic tricks etc...let me know.
