Oil pressure raises after oil change?

Nothing that I'm worried about but after my oil change yesterday my oil pressure gauge is reading higher values when the engine is warmed up. Before I used the Honda/Motorex synthetic stuff 0W/40 that was mixed by our local oil producer and is sold by Honda dealers. Now I'm using Mobil 1 0W/40 fully synthetic.
The gauge was 1 bar at idle before and now is at 2 bar, at about 4k rpm it's 6.75 instead of 6 bar. I've replaced the oil filter with the OEM one and nothing else changed except for the valve adjustment.
Higher pressure means normally thicker oil, no?

"Higher oil pre = thicker oil" I'd agree, my experience there is not with the NSX, but noticing the difference while warming up the VW engined Supervee. With cold engine and Mobil-1 0-40 wt. it will show around 80 psi. at 1500 RPM. With 20-50 Kendal, start-up is instant, scary 115 psi. at same revs, when warm 60 psi above 5K.
