Oil Pan Gasket & ABS Light, 2003 Chevy Malibu

How difficult is it to replace an Oil Pan Gasket on a 2003 Malibu?
The GM dealer informed me that I have a "heavy leak", however there is very little oil on the driveway or garage floor and I have not had to add any oil.
They want to charge me 305.11 to fix it. Isnt that outrageous?

Also, my ABS light has been coming on and off and they want to charge me 533.61 to replace the speed sensor, hub, and wire harness.
Since they took it apart the light has gone off and stayed off, so I'm wondering if I really need this serviced at all.

Any opinons???
