Oil pan baffle question

I recently bought this Dali oil pan with welded baffle and want to hear all of your thoughts on it. The inside is definitely not powdercoated and I'm guessing a high-temperature paint was used to finish it off.

Should this be any cause for concern? I want to make sure its safe for the engine before installation.

Weird, wonder why they did that? I would say you should be fine.

Id run it in my car like normal and after about 1500 miles or a couple track days take off the filter, cut it open with tin snips and inspect actual filter element. If theres paint clips or paint goop you pull it off then.
