So I figured out I have an oil leak somewhere, but I'm not sure where. Maybe bank 1 head gasket? Checked my oil levels and it's still good, but the amount of oil is troubling.

Check the usuals first.

valve cover gaskets, spool valve gaskets (upper and lower), and the cam plugs.

For a head gasket to leak oil you would have bigger problems than a small external oil leak.

Even though this may have been suprising to you when you saw it it is probably a really small leak that has leaked for a while. It looks even worse because dirt loves to stick to oil.

Thanks for suggestions on what to check. :) Was hoping there were some components that tend to leak. Now hoping it's an easy fix.

looking at the engine mount and the 02. I would also guess it's just a valve cover gasket leaking. Did you had them off? Are you getting any smoke off the header?

Once you are sure the VC gaskets, spool gaskets, cam plugs are OK, make sure you check the oil pressure sender, located just below the rear spool valve. The oil pressure sender is a common source for leaking, especially in this area you show. It is not as common as the other things mentioned, but it is a cause on more then a few engines;).

Given that it's on this side of the mount (passenger side), the FIRST thing I'd look at would be the valve cover gasket, and the cam plugs(since a plug lead could bead down the seam of the VC gasket and drip over there).

EDIT: While you're in there though it'd be good to check the rest of Larry's list. On my car, all of the above were leaking to some extent or another when I bought it.
