Oil filler cap interchangeable with other hondas?

I was about to order a replacement OEM oil filler cap when I found out that the NSX one cost 3x the accord and civic ones.

Do they have the same thread diameter / pitch? Are they interchangeable?

I picked up a polished billet alum. oil filler cap from autozone for $9.95 and it has a cool carbon fiber insert in the middle. It was just labeled for hondas so I assume all hondas are the same because it fits perfectly...

This seems like another case of honda needlessly jacking up the price of NSX parts. I did some more digging and the S2k OEM cap was $10, accord was $6, and civic was $5. In comparison, the NSX cap was $21 with club discount and $28 at the dealer! The fact that they are interchangeable only makes it worse. At that price, you could get a billet aluminum one as suggested.
