Used two cans of Gun Scrubber and the rest of my brake cleaner to try and clean the "cosmoline" out of the WASR. Didn't feel like going to Walmart so I pulled out the Purple Power. Well, what do you know, it worked. Cut right through it. Finished it with a good blast of WD-40 and some Fire-Clean to lubricate. Cleaned up nicely.In the process of staining the wood furniture and fixing the magazine wobble issue. CIA tack'd the barrel nut. Cutting through it with a dremel didn't work yet. Will post pics when it's done.
