One option: You can remove the seat cushion and put in a thinner one.

I have a black, lower profile cushion from my car's previous owner, if you're interested (send me a PM). I don't use it at all.

is it tough to trim a few inches of foam from the bottom of the bottom cushion?

and how do u do it? how to cut it?

Also if the OP doesnt want your cushion i'll take it.. im 6'4" let me know

Dali sells a replacement cushion already trimmed in leather just for this purpose.

I dont want Dali ... I want it to be OEM. Mark doesn't respond to my emails so yea I'm not going to buy from him anyways.
