Hello Prime,

Just received a USED  (was supposed to be NEW), bra for my 2001.
No instructions included.

Anyone have some they can scan and send my way?

THANKS!

Hello Sam,

I just faxed you the instructions. Let me know if there was a problem with the copy or if you need anything else.

BTW, I will be in Houston tomorrow, closing on a new home in the Champions area. Moving the first week in February. I look forward to meeting some Houston owners after we get settled.

imo hook up the two underhood straps first and then do the front wheel well upper snaps next, slip the tabs under the parking lights;then go to all the front hooks next .Last go to the under spoiler band and trailing edge wheel well hooks.

Clear Bra

Have you looked into a invisible bra? You can only see it upon close inspection. Plus it won't harm your paint. And you won't have to have the hassle of taking it on and off.

I have a few paint chips (normal sand abuse) up front.... since you can see thru the 3M Bra...how obvious will those chips be? I've been back and forth on getting a bra for my car or the 3M set up....

This was a thought...but...the cost seemed a bit high for what some folks say makes the paint look a bit dull (from up close). Since the bra will only be used on longer drives, I felt I could sacrifice 10 minutes the evening before instead.

That's kind of what I was thinking. I would only put it on when I take a trip up north or what not....

How much did you pay for yours? And why was it used?

said it was new...but when it arrived, it wasn't.

$109 and some change, which included shipping and PayPal fees.

It's not in bad shape, quite good actually. But when one finds an advertisement for new and in a box, that is what you should expect to receive.

One thing about those clear bras, they can be very dependant on the skill and dedication of the installer, and are dependant on the trueness of the cuts on the pieces supplied by the manufacturer.Be prepared for multiple attempts and repeats :frown: Our problems were on a TL and the shop is reputable.
