Hi guys,
a friend asked me for a OEM clutch and i managed to get one for him.
the problem he had was that the gears didn't engage while idling. only if the engine was of or the car was moving (but yet hard to engage).
all this while making loud noise from the tranny.
he removed the old clutch and the inner disc had one spring loose arround that ruined the middle plate (i think that this was the cause of the loud noise)
now, he just installed the new clutch kit and the thing is like before, minus the loud noise.
if the engine is off, the gears enter with/without pedal floored.
if the engine is idling, they only enter (very hard) while the car is moving.
the mechanic already got arround the pedal screws and nothing...
they bought a slave cylinder with no results.
what you guys think??
PS - i ask this before they start to buy stuff randomnly
