OEM CD player error code

OEM 6-disc player, trunk mounted, has malfunctioned. In-dash display shows 'CD E-02' I think the manual indicates CD code 02 is a stuck disc/magazine; however, the player is empty. I have cycled power on and off, and umplugged and replugged the player, all with no effect. Anybody else seen this?

happend to me twice so far, you need to pop in an empty cd magazine. there is a CD stuck inside the player, with the empty magazine, the player will eject the CD back into the correct spot in the magazine. that should clear the code.

Thanks for the tips here. Yes, there were 2 (!) discs stuck in the player! I loaded an empty magazine, but they would not unload; naturally, since there were two. So, took long handled needlenose and gently wiggled them out of the player. Everything works fine now. Whole deal took 30 minutes. Once again, the NSX prime forum is worth its weight (how much does it weigh in cyberspace?)in gold.
