As some of you may know there are 4 adhesive double sided pieces of tape that hold down the oe rear spoiler (along with 6 screws in the spoiler held by bolts). Upon removing the bolts on my spoiler I quickly found out that the double sided tape used is ***REALLY*** strong. It was so strong that I didn't want to yank on it to remove the piece becuase it felt like I would damage something or remove paint.
Here is my tip:
If you use dental floss to saw the adhesive tape in half, the spoiler comes off in about 2 minutes. You can feed it under the spoiler and saw across the tape (tape is about 1/8th inch thick). I searched the forum looking for a tip last night when I was having problems getting the spoiler off, but did not see any so now there is one.
