Odd sound

Just this morning i heard this screeching/grinding noise from the driver's side. Cant tell if its the front or back. My rear brake pads are low but theres no sign of scoring indicating the pad is worn unevenly whereas the plate is grinding against the rotor. Front brake are ~60%. When i drive slow you hear it upon every rotation of the tire. When i slow down i can hear it slowly screeching grinding as if something is rubbing. Braking neither decreases or increases the sound. All wheels well so no signs of rubbing. When i drive faster it feels as though teh floorboard on both driver's and passengers side have a vibration right beneath. I dont have access to a lift at the moment. I jacked up the car and spun the rear wheels, no sound (wanted to amke sure it wasnt brake pad related). Any ideas? I know it could be abearing but is there any specific way to find out if the bearing is shot? Does anyone have a part # for either front or rear bearings?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks to Ben (redbird92) i just fixed the noise. The clip separated from the brake pad and was lodged between the rotor and pad. From the top the pad seemed like it had some meat but upon removal the lower portion was down to the bare bone. Once again thanks for the helping hand Ben. :)
