NY Vehicle/Smog inspection for a CTSC 1997

Is there any issue getting a smog inspection in NY with the Comptech Supercharger? I am looking at getting a car from PA and it passed there so would it pass here? According to Comptech it is a 50 state car system but it is aftermarket and would like to get a warm and fuzzy about NY State inspection before making the deal.

I would think there should be no problems as long as the car and emisions systems are working properly,meaning all service is current and up to date.There are plenty of comptech blowers in NY and I have not heard of any smog issues.

I have CTSC. No problems.

I heard it helps CTSC or not to take the car for a good long drive before going for the inspection.
