Registration forms are now available at http://www.nsxpo.com/2004/NSXPO2004_reg_form.pdf for NSXPO 2004. Take advantage of the early bird discounts and save $40 per person registration fee for the social portion and $50 on the track event.

One of the owners is the photographer, and had a friend take him up in a small plane at a pre-arranged time after the track went cold at the end of the day.

I believe they are standard equipment in the Japanese and Canadian markets. The cars you are seeing are probably part of the group that crossed the border to attend.

I'll be sending in my resistration today. My guest is undecided due to a project in Oct which will be confirm by mid Aug. Will I be able to add a guest after I have registered?

Yes. And you won't have to fill out everything on the form the second time; just show your name and the name of your guest.

Will be registering later this week to take advantage of the early bird discounts (hopefully 2 for NSXPO, 1 for DE).

Unfortunately am juggling some project schedules that might result in a change -- is there a cancellation/refund policy in this case, OR are we allowed to transfer our "slots" to others ??

"Registration fees will be refundable in full if your request for a refund is received by September 17, 2004. Requests for cancellations received after this date will be refunded only if the reservation can be filled with another participant."

I am waiting to hear if my guest can get the time off and I am about to register to get the early reg. discount.

What makes more sense: 1. Register just myself and add her later. Would the discount still be good for the additional registration? 2. Just regsiter both and get a refund if she can not get free?

Typically a few days, but since this is early bird I am sure the registrar will be overwhelmed, may take a week or so.
