NSXPO 2015 Volunteers

Welcome from sunny and hot Southern California. I wanted to make sure that all volunteer slots had been filled by the local SoCal group, and as of today, this has been done. We want you to experience our southern hospitality! But so not to take away from someone from outside the area, who would like to volunteer and be part of an event, I won't turn people away. There are many events and I did the best I could to make sure that no one person worked more than one event (except the NSXPO 2015 Planning Committee).

You have already seen the line up of events and timelines. If there is a certain event you would like to be part of, please PM me and we can drill down to what you want to do versus any holes we will need to fill. Please do not volunteer for any of the events on Friday at Thermal if you are already taking part in the HPDE event as that schedule will just not work. Thanks in advance.

It looks like we will need a little help with getting cars into the Thermal Race Track early on Friday morning. I am looking for 2-3 volunteers who can help us from 6-8AM. We have a lot of cars coming into this location and need to get them separated (HPDE groups vs. everyone else) so that the Driver's Meeting can begin at 7:30AM. I know it's early but this will be an epic day. Who wants to help? The benefit here is you get to park your car on property first. This will not affect anyone who is currently participating in HPDE so this activity is open to all attendees.

We could also use one more person to check in members for the Banquet Dinner on Saturday. Station time would be 6:30-7:30PM and the main responsibility would be to check in members and to make sure they have their meal voucher with them.

I can help at Thermal, but I will need to leave early for the drivers meeting.

And Warren has graciously donated an hour of his time to assist in getting all of you into the banquet dinner. Thanks Warren.

JC, As you know the HPDE drivers will be required to be at the track by 6:15am before the general attendee's start rolling in, so they can get parked in the reserved HPDE area. We won't have a problem recruiting some of them to help out getting everyone parked and settled in. Not to worry brother
