NSXPO 2014: help bring a successful NSXPO to Palm Springs, CA.
Are you an organized individual who is interested in assisting with the successful planning of a Palm Springs based NSXPO in 2014? We have several volunteers now, and are looking for 1-2 more individuals that are willing to dedicate 1-2 hours of time per month for the next several months to plan and organize.
The following are our organizational units:
• NSXPO Proposal, Overall Management, & Budget
• Hotel Bid, Selection, and Management
• Sponsorship Drive, Sponsor Displays, and Technical Seminar
• Dinners & Social Events
• Group Drive & Parade
• Track
• Planning Packet & Documentation
We are specifically looking for interested individuals for the dinners & social events as well as planning packet & documentation organizational units.
