Following our recent directorship election, our board would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for their participation. Voter
turn out was an exceptional 79.6%, which made our election result most meaningful. It would appear most of you do look forward to many more great seasons with NSXCC, and clearly cares about whom among us are taking part not only as events organizers, but also as representatives of the club. Once again, we thank you for your participation. Without further ado, we are pleased to welcome the following directors to the board.

Robert Magro – Director
Bram Maharaj – Director

Please join us in congratulating Bram for being re-elected, and to welcome Robert to become part of the executive committee. In
addition, our board has collectively appointed the following position to each of our directors:

Bram Maharaj – President
Daria Khachi - Treasurer
Bhash Pal – Vice President
Robert Magro – Vice President and Technical Director
Owen Chiu – Secretary

NSXCC would like to take this opportunity to thank Henry Chu and Stuart Sherman for their participation in the election, and for their
willingness to extend unconditional support of the club. Both Henry and Stuart are successful owners of businesses that demand much of
their time. Both have been long time members and have supported the club since its inception. We wish to thank them both for their
contributions.

Stuart in particular was one of the founders. In 2007 it was Stu who got his hands dirty and incorporated NSXCC and put structure in place.
In its infancy, it was Stuart who funded majority of the events and created the vary platform that we enjoy today. He was the club’s
first President up until Sept 2009, when he decided to take on a less active role to allow others the opportunity to lead. However, he
continued to lend support by being our Treasurer. While less active in events, Stuart was involved in the day-to-day and assisted in
planning events. It is unfortunate he couldn’t attend more events due to his family and business commitments. Nevertheless his passion for
his car never faded and his spa yellow NSX can frequently been seen cruising around Toronto and street park along Yonge.

On behalf of our members, we sincerely thank Stuart for his dedication and contribution to NSXCC since the beginning, and we congratulate
Stuart on finally having some time to rest.

Now the election matter is behind us, we can start planning our season. There will be another post on our upcoming events and more importantly our season kick off party on Friday March 30.

So stay tuned.
