NSXcapades 2020
Our 22nd annual event NSXcapades 2020 is a GO!
Mark your calendars for the weekend of Dec.5 and 6. Will it be fun? YES! Will it be the same as previous years. NO! With COVID making a comeback we have revised our events to adhere to CDC guidelines and reduce the chance of infection. We will ask all participants to do their part by wearing masks unless actively eating or drinking. Our goal is to have a fabulous event AND to keep everyone safe and healthy for the entire 2 days. Have we had practice at doing this? Yes! The event organizers are principals of ChinTrackDays which has been holding socially distant track events since May with hundreds in attendance.
All events will be held outdoors. That includes our meals. Thankfully we are blessed with great “winter” weather here in Central Florida. Here’s the tentative schedule and the venues we plan to use.

Saturday Dec.5

Noon to 2pm
Lunch at our private Sand Cabana on the northwest corner of the property (everyone either buys their food from the restaurant/bar or can bring their food and items to grill). Alcoholic beverages can be purchased on-site but discouraged for our driving based event.
2-4pm
Surprise visit to a cool local private garage with some really cool cars (details TBA at the event!)
6-10pm
Go karting at Li’ll 500 Fastrack

Papa John’s Pizza will be delivered (let us know if you have allergies!)
Discounted rides available.
Lots of drifting! No helmets required
Sunday Dec. 6
8am to 11am country drive departing from the HQ hotel
10am group photo shoot (location TBA)
11-1pm lunch at JB Boondocks

2pm The Nutcracker
Dr Phillips performing arts center
Lauren will be playing Clara’s friend or a soldier in this particular show
She is the main character Clara for later shows on Dec.18, 19 and 20.
Those wishing to see the show will leave JB Boondocks at 1230pm to allow plenty of time to travel there and park.
Tickets can be purchased individually at DrPhillipsCenter.org or OrlandoBallet.org.
The cost to register for the event is $49 pp which will cover Saturday Cabana rental, pizza dinner Saturday, 2 go-kart rides, and lunch at JB Boondocks. Children under 12 are $28. Due to deposits, the low variable cost, and high fixed cost of this event, partial registration for just one day or part of one day is not available except for extenuating circumstances. An attendance limit of 60 people has been set. Registrations will be processed in the order received.
Costs for hotel stay, rental kayak/canoe, lunch Saturday, bar tab, or incidentals are paid by each participant directly to the vendor.
Kayak rentals are $40 and up for the day.
