My first car had 98 horsepower (1987 Accord LX) and THAT was too powerful IMO, for somone my age (and most people considered me mature for my age ). 98hp didn't keep me from being stupid and making mistakes...though I suppose it kept the outcomes from being exponentially worse. I can't imagine what would have happened if I had something with guts or something "cool."(By contrast, SCd NSX is 4x the horsepower and only 500 more lbs.)
