NSX upgrade

Im planning to buy an NSX, Im really in love with the veilside kit on the 02+model, but the newest gen of the nsx is to expensive for me. So Im just wondering if its possible to upgrade the 90+model to a 02+ model, and if thats possible is it possible to put on the veilside kit?

I, myself, love the veilside kit too. You can have it done on any but the older NSX you have to trim around the head light support but last night I read up some has change the front support frame to a 02+ frame so there will not be any trimming. Good luck.
