NSX Testarossa Body Kit

I came accross a Japanese parts site, looking for NSX stuff that I haven't seen before. I was patting myself on the back for finding an Advance rear wing that closes that gap between tha spoiler and trunk when...(SHOCK/HORROR) I found the Zee's Testarossa style bodykit for the NSX.

Anyone notice how terrible the fit was on the Advance components? Especially the side skirts which don't even line up with the front fenders.
Pretty sad when you can't even make your advertising material look good!

I don't like the cheese slicers on the doors, but if the ones on the air inlets would lie flush to the edge of the door they may not look too bad. But then again, with the entire side kit on, we truly could be Ferrari wanna-be's!

Have you seen this Stoner? Doesn't quite close the gap, but has an interesting look.

Please, explain to me why the gap should be closed? I noticed several reference from Major about this. Why?

I don't know of any benefit that comes from closing the gap between trunck and spoiler.

Stoner, look again, wasn't Chris flogging his wares - I pointed out that link because I thought from your original post in the thread you were actually looking for something to close the gap - I had come across that after looking at GruppeM aero bits & thought it might fit your "needs"

Your original link was interesting - that GruppeM front end looks awesome, haven't seen that listed anywhere over here - Chris???

I was just joking around. I wound up buying a new wing from him two weeks after installing an aftermarket wing. I am always finding new stuff at SoS and Dali's sites, and a heads up is always appreciated. I still haven't found the "perfect" spoiler, but damnit I'm trying.

Personally I don't think anything looks better than the original spoiler- irreplaceable timeless beauty IMO, one area that is perfect & best left alone. I even prefer the original type to new or r types
Functional? Don't know, don't care - looks good & that's enough for this simple boy!

However, there are definitely some sexy alternatives available for other parts of the body, particularly front end.
Testarossa doors - naah, don't think so ...
