Am having this new problem since last week ie when I start pushing the car I encounter rev cut around 7k rpm and tends to go down till 4k rpm. If I cruise to high rpm it seem to be ok. Encounter this problem during noon when is really hot (Malaysian weather temp 32 ~ 38 Celsius).
I find late night driving is OK.

Appreciate all inputs.

I'll be working on the car a bit next week, if you find the solution to your problem, please share, it sounds similar to mine. I'll share as well, if and when I find favorable results.

Good luck!

Bunta and Briank,

Thanks for responding to my SOS. I will share with U on what I am doing now to find solution :-
1). Today (Sunday) I instaled an electrical "Fuel Pressure Gauge" to the fuel line to monitor fuel press(I am a bit skeptical on the voltage stability on the pump drive line and also my car has done 87k mile and am concern on aging fuel pump).

2). I called up my friend in Japan Okubu San ex chief mechanic with MAC (NSX Garage in Tokyo). He will be shipping me a set of plug coils (all 6 pcs).
I will be calling him again on Monday noon to discuss on the problem.

3). When I check the trouble code, there is none.
** Btw my NSX is an A/T 1992 JDM model

Will keep update after the coild arrive.

Cheers

After couple of days or running, following are the result :
- Fuel pressure is stable except for WOT
- Car still jerks at 4k rpm and cannot pass this mark but its OK at nite (strange)

** Will replace the plugs and check the outcome. Noticed some greenish mould like on 2 plugs.
