Both gray visors on the '91 NSX are in bad shape with splitting. However, the driver's side (left) "broke" over the weekend. Something snapped inside. Now it flops down. Flop, flop, flop. It's very sad.
My wife and I are going to try to repair... but if I can replace them affordably, that would be better.
By the way, as far as I can tell there are no aftermarket improved ones... I have searched the forums. But if I've missed anything, please let me know.
