Several thoughts:

1. You probably already know that you would have to buy the tire and wheel assembly; the tire is not sold separately.  At least, that's my understanding.  And the tire/wheel assembly costs around $900.

2. If you want to buy a new one, I would guess that the tire/wheel assembly for a '97-05 NSX is still available and will work fine on your '91.  (Hopefully, someone can verify this.)  The only concern might be whether it will fit under the hood; I don't know whether they changed anything there (e.g. the pan that the tire sits on) to accommodate the larger wheel size.  The '97-05 has a larger wheel because the front brake calipers are bigger.  Incidentally, you can tell the difference visually; the wheel for the '91 is orange, and the wheel for the '97-05 is yellow.

3. If you're willing to buy one second hand, check out the NSXprime marketplace listings, and place one for a wheel wanted.  There are folks who have bought big brake kits and no longer can use their spare.  And there are 700-800 advantages to buying a wheel/tire second hand for a hundred or two hundred dollars, versus a new one for 900...  ;)

Good luck...
