nsx sighting in dc metro area, key bridge, near key park

was cycling with my friends today on a nice sunny day, and passed by a black/black na1 with bronze te37, blue anodized lug nuts, and one takata shoulder pad

thumbs up to the owner, and i hope to bring my up my nsx to nova
