The wheels are used and remanufactured with new paint. The new paint color is the same as the original. One of the rear wheels was repaired (welded) inside, the job has been done well (SEE THE 13th and 14th PHOTOS). One of the front wheels has some deep scratch inside, nothing serious (SEE THE 15th and 16th PHOTOS). The wheel caps are brand new, genuine made by Honda, never been used. What you see is what you get.
