When and where do all the SD NSX owners meet? I rarely see NSXs driving around.

There used to be regular runs up to Palomar Mountain; those were typically organized through Acurazine's SD thread. This is one of the things I miss most about San Diego. That and carne asada fries.
If you just wanna see NSXs, there is almost always at least one being worked on at Greenlight Auto in Clairemont. I believe Jerry is actually trying to sell a BB 91 too.

I don't care if its just nsx's or other cars. Id like to meet some other nsx owners though. I know the regular social meet in up in costa mesa or something but i don't really want to drive about 2 hours for a meet. Plus i cant do thursdays.

The Cargathering forum pretty much gets no traffic nowadays. Contact Andy (BlueBatmobile) via NSXPrime private message to get a faster response. Andy has something going on almost every other day.
