I believe that car was built by AVO in Australia, that is why it is RHD. Comptech did the short block. It is supposed to be pretty quick, but has a lot of overly complicated plumbing for the hp it generates (500 or so). I think there are several tuners in the U.S. that could build a better custom turbo system. For starters, why use huge air-to-air intercoolers when air-to-liquid is three to four times as efficient? Also, why the complexity of twin-turbos for a full-race car? A single, large ball-bearing turbo would be much more simple and would probably generate more hp.
