I decided to create a thread documenting my progress....one without any women in order to avoid any heated conversations

I'm a true Honda JDM fanatic, starting from the CTR to the NSX-R...yet I also have a show side.

As a result I have created the following.....

Now; she's not complete not by any means, but is the job ever really done

Now lets get to the good stuff.....I'm sure most of you are familar with Vance aka "Mr. Type-R". Well that crazy guy went off and bought the JDM gauges for his car. What does that mean.....well I found myself in Huntington Beach on Tuesday night picking up #1 of 6 NSX-R replica gauges (in MPH) from him  All I can say is absolutely beautiful.

Now how could I help myself staring at this at my desktop...

thanks. I decided to go FRP only because I was going to paint it.

Great that's exacly what I'm going to do. Thanks for the inspiration bro!

Looking sharp. I really dig the yellow wide body you have!!!

Congrat.

First let me say that car is what id call "Baller Status". Secondly, I think it would that car would be sick with the SOS CF front lip, the NSX-R wing in CF and 18/19 rims. For some reason, im not of fan of the Work rims, Im a Volk whore:biggrin: Please tell me a blower's on the way.

Wings West front lip is by far my favorite for the NA1, but who knows. Once I'm all done; so to speak, I may end up updating the front end to '02 w/ the Cantrell front bumper. Volk's are nice, yet have a more "racer" look to them. I wanted something a little "cleaner" per say w/ a nice polished lip.

Ummmm blower...ahhh yes, that was in the forcast for early '07 BUT I just finished ordering the Brembo GT kit.   MAN did that cost some chedda'

Looking great. Completely change the attitude of the car. Great work!

I never thought it would be too terribly noticeable, but d@mn that brake kit adds a nice touch!!! Well done. Keep us updated on the status of blower...Happy New Year to you and yours.

I've always wanted to see thos wheels in person - because I really dislike the pics I see of them... but I can imagine them being sweet in person.

If you dont mind how much did the bbk cost you?
Are they both 4 piston or 6 piston's?
The car looks hot.

I paid just under 6k for the GT 4 piston kit including e-brake.

Car looks great, it definitely looks amazing with the new brakes!!

Thanks Truan....PM sent regarding the OEMs

Thanks Chuck, I think the polished lip tend to add a little *bling* due to the reflection . Yes, I'll keep you guys posted as to the Comptech. I may be looking into doing some stereo upgrades first. That Kenwood 6019 looks like a very nice head unit.

Looking great. Completely change the attitude of the car. Great work!

Hey Vance. Thanks yours as well. I sure hope to see you new goodies this Thursday.

I love the wheels. Nice looking car.

Thanks buddy
