NSX Prime Wiki Pricing Guide Accuracy

I've been consuming as much pre-purchase and NSX search data as I can the last couple of weeks as I'm finally in a financial position to begin my search and purchase a dream.

The pricing guide at:

shows that it was last updated in 2012. Is there a consensus of how far off the pricing is for today's market?

Quite simply, it's outdated and useless.

Would my best bet be to keep looking through the history of the For Sale forum and take notes on what cars sold for over the last year or two to create a baseline?
